Yes, I would like to extend the demolition permit for 2119 East Grand for the one time extension of 60 days. The time freme will allow the demo to be completed and the property to fiave its fi�al inspection. The reason this request is being made is because during the time since the permit was issued, I have had to change jobs two times to improve my wage and working conditions. Also, I completed the moving of personal belongings and equipment from a property on Fulton Street and sold the property (at a loss of$20,000 from my original purchase price)to a contractor that demolished the house and garage to build a new house and garege that was sold this spri�g. Additionally, I have prepared another property on Fulton Street for szle which is listed with an offer pending and moved from a house I had lived in and rented from my mother for 20 years on Baker Avenue to a house on McDougall Avenue I had been renting out for the past 10 years. The hardship of downsizing and trying not to lose any more asset value has been difficult, but demo work has been completed at 2119 East Grand with the roof completely removed and the interior is almost completely gutted to the bare freming and exterior siding with debris being disposed of in a dumpster on-site. In order to comply with Code Compliance, demo work will proceed on a daily basis until the house is completely demolished. Your help on this matter has been greatly appreciated. Thank you.
