I have been told by the <br /> Planning Department that an apartment of this kind is not allowed in this zone. <br /> 7his will mean that the property will have to be altered back to the original approved configuration as a single family <br /> dwellin�. <br /> 7he house was originally constructed in 1992, however the owner(same) failed to obtain the required final approvals at <br /> that time. <br /> The ownr.r owns a prominent construction company in town and has been quite co-operative by allowing us interior <br /> access etc. I explained the Hearing Fxaminer process and mentioned the possibility of entering into a stipulated <br /> agreement with the city. <br /> Please add this property to the growing list of enforcement actions that we require.
