The F.verett Planning Department <br /> shall have discretion on ahether to submit the application for <br /> , additional hearings or to grant the Special Property Uee Permit. <br /> 4. The Applicant shall remove all debris on the western portion of the <br /> ! subject property adjacent to the alley. This debria must be removed <br /> immedia[ely. Failure to remove the debris will result in revocation of <br /> the Special Property Use Permit. <br /> 'S.
