McKee stated that Ker Czllahan, former Building <br /> Director , had authorized that one of the units could <br /> be occupied for security �urposes . Also , that the <br /> occupants could make tl�e necessary repairs provided <br /> that permits were obtained to do so. <br /> {4e were informed by D1r. McKee that there was no hot <br /> water being provided to the structure as the natural <br /> gas had been shut off at the meter . Also , he believes <br /> that the occupants had installed' a wood burning appliance <br /> for heat. (Records indicate that there has not been a <br /> mechanical or any other permit for this installation at <br /> this address . ) <br /> Mr, hfcKee also made statements to the effect that the <br /> police had bPen called at least once and that the trash <br /> has been removed from both the interior and exterior of <br /> the structure and that the occupants are attempting to <br /> keep the balance of the structure secure . <br />
