I inforrt►ed her that their insurance might not cover any acc�dents that may <br /> occur as a result of the pool not being enclosed as is required by law. She said she <br /> understood chat. <br /> I recommended that she hire an attomey to assist in the problem of the trees on the <br /> propeRy line. I indicated that I wanted to seE some progress within 30 days and if the <br /> attomey had a problem with that dme frame he is to contact me so that we may discuss <br /> the issue and reach a determina6on on the matter. <br /> � <br />
