Ten (10)feet on <br /> your property and ten (10)feet un the abutting property to the north. The view easement contained a <br /> restriction proliibiting ne�v structures,fences, or other visual obstructions to be piaced witnin the view <br /> easement area. <br /> Previously, I brought to your a;tention that the construction pians for your new residence depicted roof <br /> trim, gutters and downspouts, on the north side of the residence as potentially encroaching into the <br /> view easement area.
