The City is concerned about this request as there are ma�or water and <br /> sewer facilities located on the subject property. <br /> Pleas� include the follouing cxonditions in your permit for this revision to <br /> address the City's utility concerns: <br /> 1. No loaded log loader traffic shall occur over any water lines. <br /> Truck traffic in this location is acceptable. <br /> 2. The City aill stake line locations, City stakes are to be <br /> replaced by applicant with fence posts. <br /> 3. No stacking of logs shall occur over the sewer interceptor pipe. <br /> 4.
