Findin�s: The applicant states that the structure was built on <br /> the property in 1901. At that time setback was not an issue. <br /> The outward appearance in not consistent with the <br /> neighborhood. The proposed addition will add chatacter and <br /> increase property values in the neighborhood. <br /> b. Conclusions: There are unique circumstances regarding the <br /> location of the existing residence on the subject property that <br /> were created beforo zoning code standards.
