Within both sites, the ground <br /> generally slopes down very gcntly westwarJ towards the crest of a steep slope which descends at <br /> ubout 1.5H:1 V inclination for a vertical drop of about 30 to 35 feet to lhe right-of-way of DNSF <br /> Railroad below. <br /> The subject site is currently occupicd in its middle by an existing house with a carport abutting <br /> about the westcrn half of the south side of the house. The unp rved open ama of the site is mosUy <br /> covercJ with lawn grass, with scattered shrubs and brush wvering ihe stecp slope:.
