Moving the <br /> sr.airwell to r.he norr.h eide of the sr.rucr.ure will enable the <br /> applicanr. to incorporate r.he west wall inr.o r.he living area of r.he <br /> home, inatall windows and enjoy the view. <br /> The applicant has had r.he property surveyed and the existing <br /> ar.ructure is aix feer. one inch from the norr.h properr.y line. The <br /> addir.ion for r.he srairwell on r.he north side will require an eight <br /> inch intrusion inr.o the five foot serback area for a lengrh of eighr. <br /> feet. <br /> Concluaion: There are unusual circumsr.ances applying to r.his <br /> property and the proposed uae rliereof. <br />
