Demolition of any significant or contributing structure. 2. Conversion of any significant or contributing structure from single- family to mutti-family. 3. Construction of any new multi-family buildings, including duplexes. Applications for Historical Commission review must be received in the Planning Department ten (10) days prior to the Commission's regular meetings.
