The zoning code allows eaves to extend no <br /> more than eighteen inches into the required setback area. The eave on the north side of the <br /> dwelling extend 30-inches into the 4-foot 9-inch setback area. The Applicant provided evidence <br /> from Snohomish County Assessor's Records. <br /> Decision: I hereby find that the above described non-conformity was established prior to zoning <br /> code regulations for the subject property.
