The <br /> plan meets the basic guidelines for the Hiatoric Overlay District and is approved. <br /> Streetscapa: <br /> The plan maintains the basic outline of the existing structure with a prominent <br /> entryway and clear rolationship to the street. <br /> Setback: <br /> The original setback has been maintained which ia consistent on the street. <br /> Massing: <br /> The addition is of a complementary architectural character with mate7als and <br /> construction methods which match the existing building. <br /> Roofline� <br /> The roofl�ne is an 8:12 pitch. <br /> Windows: <br /> The windows are vertically proportioned and in character with the neighborhood. <br /> Exterior Materials and architectural details. <br /> The beveled siding and shingles aretraditional materials. There is substantial <br /> trim around the windows and on the house comers. Tha fascia boards are <br /> substantial from 1X4 to 1X10.
