I am the contractor on the job at 1527 Grand Ave. permit#B1212-002. It has come to my attention that the historical review board has made some recommendations and I wanted to clarity that my exac[design is exactly what they recommended except i am using pressure treated 4x4's and wrapping them with cedar to make them closer to 6 inches instead of using 6x6's. Everything else i am going to do exactly like they recommended. I apologize that my stair detaii drawing was not detailed enough.
