I spoke with Stuart Clift of Architectural Design Associates today about the proposed garage at 1715 Grand Ave. <br /> We will approve a roof pitch of 5-712:12 instead of 6:12. This will lower the height of the garage to 15 feet, the maximum <br /> aliowed. Our standards allow a deviation of garage roof pitch if the garage is designed to match the house. In this case <br /> tliey are providing a gable roof and matching the brick on the hc��se. In addition,ihis is a non-conforming house in the <br /> overlay zone. <br /> Thanks for referring the project to us.
