There are porfions of Ihe structure that are likely to fail, or to 6ecome detoched or <br /> dislodged, or to coffapse and�hereby tnjure persons or damage property. <br /> 2. The butlding or structure has 6ecome so dilaptdated or deteriorated as to become <br /> an atlractive nuisance to chtldren, a horbor for vagrants, criminals or immoral <br /> persons, or to enable persons to resort thereto jor the pwpose of committing <br /> unlawful or immornl acls. <br /> 3. The 6uilding is in such condrtion as to cons�itute a public nuisance known to�he <br /> eommon law or in equiry jurisprudence. <br /> 4. The building has been abandoned in excess ojsix montlu and constitutes a hazard <br /> to lhe public. <br /> 5. The strueture is not maintained in complionee wi�h the Minimum Standards jor <br /> Yacant Buildings as described above. <br /> II. CORRECTIVE ACTION REOUIRED <br /> The building on the subject property must be either(A)Repairod in accordance with al� <br /> current Building Code requirements and all other applicabie City of Everett codes or(B) <br /> Demolished. <br /> VIOLATION CITATION 3 <br /> 1918-1920 GRAND AVENUE <br />
