The 6uilding is in such condrtion as to cons�itute a public nuisance known to�he <br /> eommon law or in equiry jurisprudence. <br /> 4. The building has been abandoned in excess ojsix montlu and constitutes a hazard <br /> to lhe public. <br /> 5. The strueture is not maintained in complionee wi�h the Minimum Standards jor <br /> Yacant Buildings as described above. <br /> II.
