It is a <br /> duplex on the west side of the street. <br /> 2) Un or about May 14, 1999, August 10, 1999 and September 27, 1999 thc following <br /> conditions were observed at the subject property: <br /> a) The condition of the structure renders it an amactive nuisance, which may prove <br /> detrimental to children. <br /> b) The building is dilapidated and shows evidence of improper maintenance. <br /> c) There is deteriorated or ineffective watetproofing of the roof and windows. <br /> d) There is an accumulation of weeds, vegetation,junk, debris,gatt�age,combustible <br /> materials and similaz materials or conditions on the premises that are or could <br /> become hazardous. <br /> e) Windows and glazed openings are not secuted in compliance with the <br /> Maintenance Standazds for Vacant Buildings <br /> � Doors and service openings are not secured in compliance with the Maintenance <br /> Standazds for Vacant Buildings. <br /> g) Debris, combustible materials, litter and garbage are not being removed from the <br /> building and adjoining yazd azeas. <br /> 1918-1920 GRAND 3 <br /> CASE NO. 797-99 <br />
