2) The building located upon the subject propertq is a dangerous building as defined in <br /> Sections �6.12.OS0(B}(S), 16.12.080(B)(12), 16.12.080(B)(17), 16.12.080(Bx18) and <br /> 16.12.080�C)of the Everett A4unicipal Code. <br /> 3) The conditions at the subject property endanger life, limb, health,propeRy, safety <br /> and/or wolfare of ihe �ublic and the occupants. <br /> 4) The conditi�ns at the subject property are a public nuisance, as defined in Sections <br /> 16.08.060(A)and 16.12.050(A)of the Everett Municipal Code, that shall be abated as <br /> provided herein. <br /> 5) Pursuant to C6apters 1.20, 16.08 and 1b.12 of the Everett Municipal Code, the <br /> Violations Heazing Examiner has jurisdiction over this matter and patties. <br /> ORDER <br /> Based on the Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law read into the record at the <br /> September 30, 1999 hearing of the above matter, the following Order is issued: <br /> 1) The building located at 1918 Grand Avenue, Everett, Washington shall be either <br /> repaired or demolished in accordance with all cument Building Code roquirements <br /> and all other applicable City of Everett codes. <br /> 2) If the building is to be repaired,all tequired permits must be securod therefor and the <br /> work physically commenced no later than September 30, 1999. All work must be <br /> completed no later than November 2&, 1999. Repair shall be completed in <br /> accordance with current Building Cale requirements and all otha applicable Ciry of <br /> Everett Codes. Any and aU pernrits issued rtgording repair ojt6e bui/ding arr <br /> subjcct to�he time linrits set forth berern. <br /> 3) If the building is to be demolished, all required pem►its must be secured therefor and <br /> ihe work physically corcanenced no later than September 30, 1999. Even if said <br /> permits are not secured demolition must be completed no later than November 28, <br /> 1999. Demolition shall be completed in accordance with all applicable Ciry of <br /> Everett codes and regulations and in accotdance with any requirements of the <br /> Snohomish Health District regazding pest eradication.
