If nn existing door is operable it may be used and secured with a surtable <br /> lock such as a hasp and padlock or a one-halj-inch deadbolt or dead latch. All <br /> locks shall b¢kept locked. When a door cannot be made opera6le, a door shall be <br /> constructed ojthree-quarter-inch CDX plywood and shal!be eguipped with a lock <br /> as described above. <br /> (d)A!1 debris, combustible materials, litter and garbage shall be removed from <br /> vacant buildings that have been closed to unauthorized entry and from adjoining <br /> yard weas. After being closed to unauthorized entry, the building and premises <br /> shall be maintained free from such items. <br /> 7. The buildrng and premises conslitute a public nursance brown at common law or <br /> in equrtyjurisprudence. <br /> The following condidons ttnder the subject property dangerous pursuant to the City of <br /> Everett Dengerous Building Abatement Ordinance,Ordinance No. 2333-98,codified as <br /> Chapter 16.12 of the Everett Municipal Code: <br /> 1. There are porftons of the struclure that are/ikely to jail, or�0 6ecome detached or <br /> dislodged, or to collapse and thereby injure persons or damage property. <br /> 2. The 6uiJdtng or structure has become so dilapidated or deteriornted as to become <br /> on nttractive nuisance to chtldren, a harbor jor vagrants, criminals or immoral <br /> persons, or to ena6le persons to r¢sort thereto for tlre purpose ojcommitting <br /> unlawful or immoral ac�s. <br /> 3. The building is in such condition as to constitute a publie nuisance known to the <br /> common law or in equity jurisprudence. <br /> 4. The building has been abandoned in exeess ojsrx months and corutitutes a hazard <br /> to rhe pu6lic. <br /> 5. The structure is not maintained in compliance with the Minimum Standards for <br /> Yacant Buildings as described above. <br /> II.
