The subsurface investigation revealed that the site is
underlain by a thin layer of topsoil, with traces of filt at the nonh end and a dense to very dense layer of
outwash sands capable of supporting the anticipated loads of the two-story sttucture. Our report details our
recommendations for excavation of the basement footings and the placement of piers to support the westem
portion of the condominiums. Following these tecommendations will produce a site suitable for the proposed
development.
We thank you for the oppottunity to prepare this repon and look forwazd to working with you during the
constniction of the project.
