3. Maintenance agreements must be provided behveen the lots for maintenance of common parking and <br /> driving aisles, as well as landscaping and siornwater facilities. <br /> 4. If a clinic is provided on the site, the pazking for the clinic must be set aside for use by the clinic and <br /> cannot be sold to the residential condominium un►ts. <br /> APPEAL.S TO HEARING EXAMIl�'ER FOR BINDING SITE PLANS: All appeals of decisions relating to <br /> binding site plans shall be made to the Hearing Examiner. Such appeals must be made in writing and filed <br /> with the o�ce of the Hearing Examiner within fourteen (14)calendaz days from the date on which the <br /> prcliminary decision was rendered. The written appeal shall include a detailed explanation stating the reason <br /> for the appeal. Alt appeals shall be on forms provided by the Planning and Community Development <br /> Dep:,rtment.
