Architectural treatment of the concrete basement wall on the west side of the building must be <br /> provided, or the applicant must show that existing or proposed vegetation west of the concre:e wall <br /> will substantially break up the appearance of the wall. If landscaping is proposeci on the slope, a <br /> letter must be provided from the geotechnical engineer that states the type of landscaping and <br /> irrigation that may be provided. Any landscaping provided on the slope must be native species. <br /> (SEPA Land Use and Earth Policies) <br /> The lead agency for this proposal has determined that it does not have a probable significant adverse <br /> impact on the envir�nment. A� Environmental Impact Statement is not required under RCW <br /> 43.21C.030(2)(c).
