Soil and groundwater conditions between <br /> � borings may var�- from those encountered. The nature and extent of variations between <br /> r our exploratory locations may not become evident until construction. If variations do <br /> appear, ECI should be requested to reevaivate the recommendati�ns of this report and to <br /> ' modify or verify them in writing prior to proceeding with the construction. <br /> Addhional Services <br /> • As the geotechnical engineer of record, ECI should be retained to perform a gene►el <br /> review of the final design and specifications to verify that the earthwork and foundation <br /> recommendations have been properiy interpreted and implemented in the desigr, and fn <br /> the construction specifications. <br /> ECI should also be retained to provide geotechnical services during construction. This is <br /> � to observe compiiance with the design concepts, specifications or recommendations and <br /> to allow design changes in the event subsurface conditions differ from those anticipated <br /> prior to the si�rt of construction.
