There is a short in the ceiling light fixture. <br /> 2. Water condensation and moisture leakage Q the front window is causing dccaying of <br /> the frame and window. <br /> 3. The receptacle on the front wall has a short. <br /> 4. There is no pecmanent heat source. <br /> 5. The floor covering is saturatcd with cat urine. <br /> DINING ROOM <br /> 1. 1'he exhaust vent for heater is open in the wall. <br /> 2. 1'he smoke detector does not work. <br /> 3. Floor covering is tom unsanitary and deteriorated. <br /> KITCHEN <br /> 1. Floor is weak, deteriorated and has a large hole in it that is covercd by thin plywood <br /> veneer. <br /> 2. The vinyl is torn and unsanitary. <br /> 3. The receptacle on the north well is shorted. <br /> 4. The sink has a plumbing leak. <br /> 5. The window is deteriorated so badly that it cannot shut propedy. <br /> 6. The rear e�rit door cannot be shut and locked properiy and does not 6t within its <br /> frame. <br /> 7. Wall cabinets are pulling away from the wall. <br /> 8. Cabinet doors have to be braced shut with rope or sticks. <br /> 9. The wall wvering is water damaged on the west and north walls. <br /> 10.
