Sullivan ) <br /> Vacant lot south of 1922 Grand Avenue ) <br /> Everett, Washington 98201 ) <br /> Appellant. ) <br /> This matta having come before the Violations Hearing Examiner on September 30, 1999, and the tesdmony of <br /> witn�ss�having been heard a�►d all exhibits admitted into evidence having been considered,the Violations <br /> Hearing Examiner makes the fullowing findings of fact and conclusions of law and order: <br /> Findings of Fact: <br /> 1. C)n September 27, 1999, dead vegetation and vegetaHon including blackberries tt�at is taller than <br /> fo�ty-two inches high and not located in a flower bed was observed on the property at the vacant <br /> lot south of 1922 Grand Avenue, Everett, Washington. <br /> 2. Richard J. Suilivan is the ov.mer of record of the property located at the vacant lot south of 1922 <br /> Grand .Avenue, Gverett, Washington. <br /> 3. Richaid J. Sullivan was duly notified via certified mail, regular mail and posting of these <br /> conditions on August 30, 1999, was giv�n the oppoRunity to cortect these condidons, and has <br /> had adequate notice of the opportunity to appear at the hearing to appeal the City's allegations. <br /> Conclusions of Law <br /> 1. The conditions as described above constitute violations of F.verett Municipal Code 8.20.020(e), <br /> including dead and live vegetation on site. <br /> 2.
