Wiring and service <br /> lines are not installed and maintained in accordance with the housing code and <br /> other applicable codes and ordinances. <br /> j) Operable�ioors into the building are not secured with a suitable lock <br /> k) Debris,combustible materials, litter and garbage have not been removed from the <br /> building and adjoining yard areas. The building and premises have not been <br /> maintained free from such items. <br /> 1) Doots, aisles,passageways, stairways or other means of exit from the building are <br /> not sufficient so as to provide safe adequate means of exit in case of fire or panic. <br /> m) The building has been damaged to an extent tfiat the sWctural strength or stability <br /> thereof is materially less than it was before the dart►age. The building, <br /> because of dilapidatiu�,deterioration or decay or any other cause is likely to <br /> partially or completely collapse. <br /> n) The buiYding has become dilapidated and deteriorated and is not secuted in <br /> compliance with the Minimum Standards for Vacant Buildings,creating a hazard <br /> for children and other members of the public who might enter the bui(ding and <br /> become injured. <br /> o) The building and premises are in such condition as fo constitute a public nuisance <br /> known at common law or in equity jurisprudence. <br /> p) The building has been abandoned in excess of six months and constitutes a hazard <br /> to the public. <br /> 3) The conditions described above have not been corrected <br /> 4) Title to the estate or interest in the subject property is vested in Lavem Gullette, as <br /> her sepazate estate,pursuant to a Statutory Warranty Deed recorded under Reconiing <br /> No. 1340820. <br /> 5) Alvin Gullette and Lavern Gullette,husband and wife,entered into a Real Estate <br /> Contract, recorded under Recording No. 2110908.
