Over 50 B of structure destroyed by fire. <br /> 2. Deteriorated wood skirting in contact with earth. <br /> 3. Front porch and roof section in very deteriorated condition. <br /> 4. Back porch and roof section in very deteriorated condition. <br /> 5. Chard siding on the entire front of house and north-west <br /> side of house shall be replaced. <br /> 6. Roof reqaires reshingling. <br /> 7. All broken windows sha11 be replaced. <br /> 8. There is considerable wood rot on window frames. <br /> 9 . All electrical wiring shall be replaced. <br /> 10. Hand rails are required on stairway. <br /> 11. Smoke detectors shall be installed. ' <br /> 12. Structure has inadequate heating facilities. <br /> 13. Foundation supports are in contact with the earth, some <br /> are slipping. These will require replacement. <br /> Along with all the fire damage that must be repaired and the above <br /> list of defects, accerding to the Uniform Housing Code, the <br /> structure shall conform to the requirements of the Uniform 8uildin� <br /> Code for new structures. <br />
