These comments address building issues only, additional <br /> revisions or additions may be required by other departments (such as Utilities, Planning <br /> or Fire). All references refer to the 1991 Uniform Building Code, as amended by the <br /> State of Washington and /or Washington State Energy Code 1994, lst Edition, unless <br /> stated otherwise. <br /> ✓1. Due to the heigh[ of this building (3 stories) Ordinance 1902-92 requires the <br /> installation of an automatic fire sprinkler system and a monitored automatic fire <br /> alazm system. <br /> ✓2.
