This pro�ect consists of the construction of a 12 unit luxury condominium building along Grand Avenue in the North end of Everett. Direct access to the site is provided by Grand Avenue, a k fully improved City atreet , arand Avenue also connects � to other ma�or. City arterials. � It ahou].d be noted that Anderson/Matthews have filed � a petition for undergrounding of the existing overhead poxer lines on the Weat side of arand Avenue from � 19th Street up to and including the sub�ect property. � Thia petition is currently beinR processed by the City � of Everett. Furthermore, it ia the intention of the developers to � improve the appearance of the property on the West side of Urand Avenue from the end of 19th Street to trie proposed building by the use of landscaping and tree � plantings . A right-of-way use permit application will be filed during the building permit review to further detail ` this particular aspect of the proJect . �. Location of Pro osal.
