A tenant of this residence had caJ7ed our office during the week of May 16 - 22 to <br /> � notify us that there was a smell of sewage in the back yazd. You had a conversation with <br /> � � Mazion Dent (Housing Inspector) on May 21, 1993 during which you indicated you had <br /> ' ' discussecl the fact that the septic tank had been pumped and inspected earlier this year. <br /> '�' As disdosed during our phone conversation, the Snohomish Hea(th District regulates septic <br /> systems. You would need to contact them for confirmation that your system is functiomng <br /> � ' properly. 1'his information must be lirovided to us after having done so. <br /> '�1 We also discussed the requirements and constraints for this unit to connect to the sewer <br /> system. The unit is below the grade of the sewer main on Gr1nd Avenue. Therefore a pump <br /> � ' system would need to be installed to facilitate connection to our main. Another option for <br /> � connection wouid be ro obtain an easement ro the south and connect to the sewer main in 2lst <br /> '� Slreet. <br /> �' The City would require Ihat a connection be made to our system if the existing septic tank and <br /> drainficid are not functioning properly.
