' IiC W 64.55.010: Definitions. � Page 2 of 2 <br /> (iii)Any building thal contains attached dwelling units each o(which is located on a single platted lot. <br /> (7)"Party unit owner"means a unit owner who is a named party to an action subject to this chapter a:id does not <br /> include any unit owners whose involvement wilh the adion stems solely from iheir membership in the associalion. <br /> (8)"Ouaiified building inspector"means a person satisfying ihe requirements oi RCW 64.55.040. <br /> (9)"Rehabilitative construqion"means wnstruction work on the building enclosure of a mulliunit residentiai building it <br /> the cost of such conslruction work is more Ihan five percent of the assessed value of lhe building. <br /> (10)"Sale prohibition covenanY'means a recorded covenant lhal prohibits the sale or other disposition of individual <br /> dwelling units as or as paA oi a condominium for five years or more from the date of first occupancy ezcept as olherwise <br /> provided in RCW 64.55.090, a certified copy of which the developer shall submit to the appropriate buiiding department; <br /> provided such covenanl shail not apply to sales or dispositions listed in RCW 64.34.400(2).The covenanl must be <br /> recorded in the county in which the building i�localed and must be in substantially lhe following form: <br /> This covenanl has been recorded in the real property records of. . . . . . County,Washington,in satisfaction of the <br /> requirements of RCW 64.55.010 lhrough 64.55.090.The undersigned is lhe owner of ihe property described an <br /> Exhibit A(the"Property").
