The inspection record ce,rd shall be posted at the job site, <br /> in clear view, before the work is commenced and shall remain <br /> on the job for the durat.ion of the job. <br /> 2. No inspections will be made if the inspection record card and <br /> the city approved plans are not on the job, or if the work is <br /> not complete or ready fc�r inspection. <br /> 3. A 24 hour advanced noticed is required for all inspections. <br /> Please allow 48 hours far the inspection to be made. If in <br /> an emergency, an inspection is required sooner, the permit <br /> holder shall make arrangements with the inspector who will <br /> be making the inspection. <br /> 4. When requesting an inspection, please furnish the following <br /> information: <br /> A. J'ob address <br /> B. Contractor <br /> C. Permit number <br /> D. Type of inspection <br /> E. Day on which inspection is to be made <br /> Unless all the above information is provided, an inspection <br /> CAN NOT BE GUARANTEED. <br /> 5. A re-inspection fee will be ass��ssed for each inspection or <br /> re-inspection when such portion o� :•:ork for which inspection <br /> is called is not complete or where corrections called for are <br /> not made. A ten dollar re-inspection fee �vill be assessed <br /> before a re-inspection is made, for the following: <br /> A. when the inspection record card or <br /> City approved plans are not on the job. <br /> B, for any work that is not complete or <br /> ready for the called for inspection. <br /> 6.
