You failed to accept the letter, of <br /> which a copy is enclosed. <br /> It has been brought to the attention of the city of Everett Building Official that work <br /> continues on the building. Also, tenants aze complaining of the duct system <br /> transmitting odor and matenal through the vazious units of the bwlding. <br /> Permits aze required for the work which has been done and is being done on the <br /> building. Buildmg, plumbing, electrical and mechanical permits are requaed and may <br /> be obtained from the city of Everett Building Division, Public Works Department, <br /> 3200 Cedar Street.
