t[o
 /
TO: Tim Tyler, Building Official
Marian Dent, Housing Inspector
FR: Linda Gough, Code Compliance Offic
pT: 03/O1/94
RE: 2217 Grand Avenue
CASE: 23-94
On February 28, 1994, at the request of the owners of the subject
property, I reinspected for violations of the Minimum Property
Mair.tenance Ordinance. While there is still some overgrowth on
the property, all junk, trash, litter and other debris has been
removed. The inside of the house has also been completely
cleaned out. They had receipts for disposal of over 4.5 tons!
In accordance with your directions I gave them permission to
remove the yellow tape and Postings. They stated that they will,
however, leave the Posting on the garage as it is deteriorated to
such an extent that it is not safe or sound. They have also
decided to leave the back door and windows boarded up until new
owners take possession.
They have had seveal offers on the house and expect to sell
within the next few months. In the meantime, if w have any
questions or needs, they have asked us to call. I will monitar
the property during my regular inspections to ensure its
security.
Thanks again for all your help in the abatement process.
