I was unable to determine any type of constr�c�ion from the <br /> aliey or from the street. I did however, notice other conditions that are <br /> code violations occuring on the property. Overgrown vegetation and <br /> scrap wood debris and building material discarded on the rear ptoperty <br /> on both sides of the garage. <br /> 4/10/07 NTC requiring compliance by 4-24-07. Compliance includes cleanup of <br /> NTC SENT the property and r,ontact building division to inquire of expired permit. <br /> 4/1 i/07 Received a call iron; Suzanne Karr(425) 258-9611 regarding the notice <br /> PHONE CALL she received. The Iocation address was incorrect(2012 Colby)on the <br /> notice she received. I returned a call leaving her a voice mail <br /> message explaining that the notice she received was intended for the <br /> owner at 2012 Colby but that she was to receive a notice for an expited <br /> cor 'ruction permit and overgrown vegetation and debris on the rear <br /> p�orerty.
