I have <br /> reviewed the original NHD engineering and field changes, and interpreted rhese with the framers. At <br /> this 6me I have reviewed the condition oF the framiny and callouta on the approved conahuction <br /> prints. <br /> On the besis of the above and my last inspection on 72/18/95 all structurel and framing items are <br /> complete with the exc�eptlon of the following: <br /> • One column cap in the parking garage was not grouted under the beam support plate at the south <br /> wall. <br /> • Beam hangers in the parking garage appear to have 18d sinkers instead of Me proper Simpson <br /> nails. <br /> • A p�bblem MifisbRen overlooked with engineerad floor joist is Me point load trace and <br /> installation of"squash blocks'. I did not see any catled out on the febrication drawings, however, <br /> this item must be addressec. by the'oist supplier, perticularly ai shear wall hold-dowr points. <br /> This certification of shuctural completenoss is contingent on the above iMms being completed and <br /> limits oi accessibilily for inspection inherent in spot checking.
