INiPECTION DEPARTMENT <br />Bothell, Washington 98011 <br />Dear Sir: <br />A Building Officials Hearing was convened on August 6, 1974 <br />to discuss your property at 2423 Grand -Avenue in Everett. <br />You were present at that meeting. <br />It has been determined that the structure in its present <br />state is an attractive nuisance to neighborhood children <br />and has been classified as a dangerous and unsafe building. <br />As per our verbal agreement, the matter will be held in <br />abeyance for a period of forty-five days to allow you to <br />resolve the matter, provided that you keep the building <br />properly secured to entry and the grounds reasonably clean. <br />Please make arrangements to obtain the necessary building <br />permits to repair the structure within this time period. <br />On or about September 23, 1974 we will resume action on thi <br />matter, which may result in the demolition of the structure <br />by Council Order. <br />We will be glad to answer any questions you may have con- <br />cerning this matter, telephone number 259-8835. <br />Yours truly <br />Robert K.
