Building open to the public and <br />beinrt vandalized. <br />June 7, 1974 <br />Contacted Mr. Lang by telephone. He has appar- <br />ently changed his plans and wants to rebuild. He <br />again promised to secure the building. <br />June 18, 1974 <br />Inspected site. House open to the public and <br />being stripped of all wiring and plumbing. <br />June 19, 1974 <br />Issued notice of unsafe building, ordering demoli- <br />tion within 30 days. <br />June 25, 1974 Notice received by Mrs. Lang. <br />June 26, 1.974 Mailed notice of Council presentation to Mr. Lang <br />by certified mail. <br />August 6, 1974 Building officials hearing. <br />Inspected site - open to the public - tcok photo- <br />graphs. Noticed "For Sale" sign on property. <br />Mr. Lang requested 45 days to obtain a loan to <br />repair. Hold until September 23. <br />August 7, 1974 Letter to Mr. Lang granting 45 day extension. <br />September 23, 1974 Inspected site - OPEN TO THE PUBLIC. Notice of <br />Council Presentation mailed to Mr. Lang. <br />
