During our conversation you <br />stated that there was a possibility that these structures may <br />be sold in the very near future. At your request there was <br />granted a 60-day extension on abatement procedures provided <br />that the sttuctures were secured. <br />As of this date the structures are still open to the public and <br />are a nuisance to the neighborhood and hazardous to children <br />playing in the area, <br />Your i�unediate attention is necessary to remedy this condition <br />and preclude any legal action the City may be forced to take. <br />If you have any questions please call the Building Inspection <br />Department at 259-8745 between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday <br />through Friday. <br />Yours truly� <br />Kenneth iV.
