Any gradinq/fill on this site shall be dane so as to not impact <br />the surrounding prop�arties. (SEPA Earth, Land and <br />Shoreline Use Policies) <br />2. Beckfill will not be permitted in order to define the building as <br />a three story structure. The number of stories will be <br />datermined from the base elevation as follows: if more than 50� <br />of the bottom floor of the structure is above the base elevation, <br />that floor of the building shall constitute a story for the <br />purpoaes of defininq setback requirements. Base elevation is <br />defined in the Zoninq Code. Detailed elevationa showinq base <br />elzvation and buildinq heiqht must be submitted with the Buildinq <br />Permit Application. Prior to the issuance of any Huildinq <br />Permits, the City must determine if the buildinq meets the <br />requirements for a three story building. Huildinq setbacks must <br />be provided per Section 19.22.060 of the Zoning Code. (SEPA Land <br />and Shoreline Use Policies and Other Policies) <br />3. Screening of all outdoor refuse disposal areas must be provided <br />so that they are not visible from adjacent properties or public <br />rights-of-way.
