SJith the proposed basement parking, this building xil.l <br />rise up FOUR STORIES from the around level that was <br />e:ccavated= �ver 70 years ago thus this rec7uires a set-back <br />of ELEVEN FEET. The twenty foot set back in the rezr yard xill block my <br />view of Rucker Hill which I have enjoyed for the pasi <br />fifteen years thus adversely aifecting my enjoyment <br />of life. <br />VIII. SIGNS <br />A. I wish to have the signs limited to one at 25 sq feet <br />(CC. 19.22.030, (5) ) projecting no more that six inches <br />from the buil3ir�g face. <br />A. Z want it stated that no Satidwich Signs or other flashing <br />signs be allowed. This rrould be the ty�e "NOW RENTING" <br />'NEW MANAGEMENT", etc on the sidewalks and/or entrances <br />ta the building. <br />C. I want to know the name, address, and phone number to contact <br />iny case any of the Mitigation required by code, ordinances <br />or planning department directives are broken by the owners <br />or residents of the proposed building. <br />IX. Alley and Sidewalk Improvements. <br />A. This morning I spoke with Mr. Curt IIrooks of the Public <br />Works Department at 259-8800. He xas most helpful. He stated <br />that Jeri Williams aould be required to pave the entire alley <br />with catch basins from 25th street to 26th street <br />1. in reference to sprinkler systems he suggested I contact <br />the Fire Marshal. The Fire Marsl�all stated it was up to <br />the PLANNING AND BUILDING DEPARTMENTS. <br />B. Mr Hrooks also stated that the sidewalks would have to be <br />replaced from property line to property line in front of the <br />proposed building• <br />1. The entire sidewalk from 25th street to 26th street is ir. <br />poor shap+ uich raised areas, broken concrete, etc and <br />the ��ntir� length of it should be replaced. <br />X. Garabage Lisp��sa1 <br />A. In that L-t;�re '_s only a parking area to the South of the <br />project I aish to have the Garbage Disposal be placed on <br />the South-ide�t cm'ner oP the oroperty it eliminate odors, <br />Vermin, and v'.;signliness from my personal residence. <br />XI.Because of the siz.
