An exhaust fan has been added to the laundry room. As stated on plan sheet, it will vent through <br />the exterior wall. <br />2. Notes have been added to the plan set clarifyi�ig the hot water situation. A hot water tank exists, <br />and has been drawn into plans, that will continue to serve unit 3, and is so noted. The other tank <br />has been labeled as supplying the laundry room. <br />3. Apparently this has been dealt with othenvise? Crossed out on my copy. <br />4. Minimal load comes down on plate on concrete slab, as per our phone convers�tion. <br />5. Doors into "nevJ' bedrooms have been relabeled as 3', as 2'-10" is costlier. <br />6. Smoke alarms have been added to both bedrooms on plan sheet. <br />Hopefully this addresses your concerns about these items. Please feel free to notify me of any other <br />concerns.
