Six <br />Plan Review No: BW1306-006, CE13-0357 <br />Dear Mr. Dougherty, <br />r,,,; +. + <br />Sent vin e-rnau � <br />`��2 �� 13 --) <br />We have not received a response to complete the permit application, per the city <br />correction letter dated ]uly 9, 2013. <br />On June 27, 2013, the Everett City Violations Hearing Examiner issued a written order directing that <br />permits be obtained to bring the property into cumpliance with the Everett Municipal Code, and <br />subsequently, that inspections should be called for and corrections are to be completed by December <br />27, 2013. <br />i he last correspondence received for this project was dated July 17"' , an e-mail from the tenant who <br />performed the work without permits indicaLing that he was going to pursue a Planning Department <br />action, see attached. No Planning Department action has been initiated.
