After further review and research, it appears that the issues with the basement unit were resolved in November <br />of 1986. We (the buildin� and planning departments) do not object to your rental of the basement apartment at <br />this time. <br />The bathroom permit C0910-017 was issued to dose out the tode violation 09-0564 and the complaint W0906- <br />009 for the interior remodel without permits (of unit 1 Grand Avenue street level). <br />There is one more area of work to be resolved for the compiaint W0906-009 that was not addressed in permit <br />C0910-017. The new exterior stair that was added to the deck of unit 1 without a buildin� permit must first be <br />reviewed by the Planning Derartment to determine that the location of the stair is allowed. <br />a. � site plan, indicating p�operty lines and the current location •>f the stair to scale shoula be brought to <br />our front counter for reaiew by a planner. Given the time of year and work that you have already done <br />to resolve the violation listed in W0906-OU9, the timeframe to submit this site plan for pianning review <br />is no later tl�an FeL'niary 1, 2010. <br />i�. Further actions to be taken will be discussed after the initial planning review.
