The properry is legally described as: <br />Plat of Evereri Blk 615 D-00 - S 7 ft Loi 6& all lots 7& 8 <br />Parcel Number: 4391 615 006 00 08 <br />An inspection of the buildings and exterior premises was conducted on July 19, 1999 and it was <br />noted that conditions exist in the buildings and on the premises that are in violation of the <br />Dangerous Building Abate�:�ent Code of the City of Everett. A copv of my inspection report is <br />enclosed for your reference. <br />Other conditions exist that are in violation of the Rubbish Code and Junk Vehicle Abatement <br />Code of the City of Everett. The Everett Ciry Code, Section 8.20.020, provides that certain <br />conditions are not allowed on any pro�+erty in the city if the conditions are visible from a public <br />street, alley or other public or private property, incluc9ing: <br />(A) Junk, trash, litter, boxes, discarded lumber, salvage materials or other similar materials <br />located in the front yard, side yard, rear yard or vacant lot; <br />(B) An attractive nuisances dangerous to children; <br />(C) Broken or discarded furniture, household equipment or furnishings in tlie front yard, side <br />yard, reaz yard or vacant lot. <br />In addition, there are vehicles that appear to be inoperable located on the property. According to <br />Section 8.22.030 of the Everett Municipal Code, all wrecked, dismantled, or inopzrativc vehicles <br />or automobile hulks, whether abandoned or not, placed or situated upon private property, <br />constitute a public nuisance. In order for such vehicles or hulks to be exempt from this <br />provision, they must be: (1) completely enclosed within a building in a la��ful manner where it is <br />not visible from the street or other public or private property, or (2) the eehicle(s) or part of the <br />��chicle is stored or parked in a lawful mam.er on private property in connection with the business <br />of a licensed dismantler or licensed vehicle dealer and fenced according to the provisions of state <br />law.
