Stair has transferred <br />the properey described in said Order to Ray Stair, and <br />Whereas, the said Ray Stair thereafter gave notice <br />of appeal pursuanL to Ordinance 3941 in a timely manner <br />and did duly perfect said appeal, and <br />Whereas, a Hearing was held before the Appeals <br />Commission in council chambers on the 6th of March, 1964, <br />at which time the said Ray Stair appeared personally re;presented <br />by his attorney, John Warnock and the City of Everett <br />appeared through one of its attorneys, I��illiam F.
