The City was zepresented by <br />William F. Ingram� AasLstant City Attorney; Rosemary B. Stair vae tepresented <br />by Frank Stair, who also represented Ray Stair. The Board heard testim6ny <br />and atatements from the Building InepecCor an3 the Fire Marahall of the City <br />of Everett and the eaid Frank Stair� and having conaidered said evideuce� <br />now mekea and enters the following <br />FINDINGS OF FACT <br />1. <br />That Roaemary B. Stair wae the owner of the real pxoperty referred to <br />ae 2616 Grand Avenue� Legally deacribed as situated in the Coun[y of Snohomieh� <br />_,�._. — <br />State af Waehington� to-wit: <br />Lot 23, Block 616� Plat of Everett, as per plat recorded <br />in Volume 3 of Plats on page 32� recorde of said County and State� <br />at the time of service of the Notice and Complaint on file herein; tha[ on <br />the 18th day of October, 1963 the aaid Rosemary B. Stair did transfer said <br />property to her son� Ray Stair; that both the said ReapondenC� Rosemary n. <br />Stairi ac�d Ray Stair� her son, were repreeented as aet for[h above and did <br />consent to these p:oceedinba through said representative; <br />11. <br />That Che property describrid in Yaragraph 1 was inspected by the In- <br />apectora of tlie City of Everett� who caused to be iasued and aerved in the <br />manner provided by the Ordinance the Notice and Complaint on file herein; <br />111. <br />That the premises Aescribed in Paragraph 1 have been abandonded, <br />
