The owner wiehee to bring [he building <br />up to City Code since if it were demolished he would be required to meee <br />ee[back requirements and hecauee of the lot width (25 feet), he vould not be <br />able to rebuild a three-unit atructure. The applicant hae attempted to <br />purchase the vacant lot to [he north but that owner ie not interested in <br />eelling. <br />Conclueion: <br />The'use and deneity is conforming and the community would be improved if this <br />structure was brought up to Code. <br />Decision: Grant a permit [o allov the rebuilding of NCB lill-84 with the <br />0 owing conditions: <br />1. Provide a survey to determine side and front yard <br />obtaining bu!.lding permits. <br />2. Obtain all required Demolition and Building Permita. <br />3. Submit a design for. off-atreet parking along with <br />application for review by Public Works to deteraine <br />of uaeable off-street parking stal?s. <br />4.
