The structure has heeti heavily damaged by vandalism. <br />3. All vital systems, electrical, plumbing and heating <br />have heen destroyed. <br />4. There is a considerable amount of wood rot throughout <br />the structure. <br />5. W;ndows are broken and glass is strewn throughout the <br />in'.crior and exterior of the structure. <br />6. Ther,� are holes in the walls. <br />7. '1'here is a hole from the upper level through the floor <br />permeating the cciling of the uni.t below. <br />8. 7'lie struct:ire is littered with tras}�. <br />9. The back porch of the street level unit has no supports <br />and is falling off the building. <br />10. 'I'he garage has coilapsed and the materials are scattered <br />about the back yard. <br />11. Doors on the structure are hroken. <br />12. 7'hr structure is open to the put�lic and is considered to <br />be ciangerous to inquisitive minors playing in the area. <br />The structure has been posted as "Illetial to Occupy". <br />
