A second exit from the second floor is required. <br />2. All sleeping rooms shall have windows equal to 107, of the <br />floor area, � of which is to be openable. The sill height <br />to be not more than 4'0" from the floor. 'rhe openable <br />sectbon to be a minimum of 5 square feet with no dimension <br />less than ?. inches. <br />3. Valls closer than 5 feet from property line shall be 1 hour <br />construction (5/8" fire rated gypsum hoard on inside and <br />gypsum sheathing on exterior). <br />4.
